Vegetarian Food Asia is the first trade exhibition for vegetarian food products in Hong Kong. It is to facilitate the growing market trend towards vegetarian foods and products from cereals/grains, fruits& vegetables, nuts, spices & herbs to beverages. In recent years, a growing trend toward vegetarianism and veganism has arisen due to the increasing awareness of health, the environment and compassion for animals which made vegetarianism has grown to be an increasing popular lifestyle, vegetarian eating is in higher profile than ever in Asia.
